Items to be Heard During Diamond Hearing This Friday
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware issued an
order yesterday granting Belron's motion that several of its motions
be heard at hearing this Friday, May 23, in the Diamond Glass bankruptcy
case. Among these motions was a motion to extend the deadline for
bids for the Kingston, Pa.-based company, to delay the auction sale
and hearing and a motion to seal the motion to extend the deadline

Objections to Belron's motions will be heard orally at the hearing.
In other news in the case, Diamond's counsel, Young, Conaway Stargatt
& Taylor LLP, applied to the court for allowance of its compensation.
The firm seeks compensation of $147,634.50 and reimbursement for
expenses of $17,998.24, totaling $165,632.74.
