Two New DOT Numbers Awarded

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) recently awarded two new DOT numbers. One went to company in Wisconsin, while the other went to a company in Romania.

DOT number 1036 was handed to Omni Glass & Paint in Neenhah, Wis.

“Omni Glass & Paint Inc., has been in business since 1967. Since then, Omni management and employees have grown with the company, helping us become the supplier of choice to contractors and homeowners. Omni has thousands of projects to its credit from homes to hospitals; banks to office buildings; terminals to technical schools. We have satisfied customers throughout Wisconsin and in neighboring states,” according to the company’s website.

Omni’s main office, warehouses and fabricating facilities are in Oshkosh, with satellite offices in Green Bay and Schofield, Wis.

DOT number 1037 was awarded to Pietta Glass Working in Valenii de Munte, Prahova District, Romania.

“Pietta Glass Working was founded in 2000 after a vast experience in glass manufacturing acquired in Italy,” according to the company’s website.

“Our products are: curved sheets, sheet glass, sliding curved with profile, sliding plane, lift-up flat and curved, curved doors in aluminum, doors in aluminum, doors in PVC, sliding doors in PVC. We have also a sector for injecting and extruding plastic materials to the glass itself,” according to the website.
