Time has almost run out for those who wish to take advantage of the pre-registration discounts being offered for this year’s Auto Glass Week™. Attendees that pre-register by Tuesday, September 8, could save up to $40 per person for a full registration.
The three-day event will take place September 30 – October 2 at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center and will give owners, managers, technicians and installers a chance to network with industry peers both on the exhibition floor and during education seminars. Auto Glass Week is sponsored by the Auto Glass Safety Council™, the Independent Glass Association, the National Glass Association, the National Windshield Repair Association and AGRR™ magazine, and offers attendees the chance to save big on their registration fees if they register by September 8.
We have also added an overflow hotel to our event, as the room block for our host hotel, the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, has reached capacity. Arrangements have been made with the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino to handle additional room space. A discounted room rate of $104 USD per night, plus tax is available until September 14 or until the room block is sold out. The Peppermill Resort Spa Casino is located less than a mile from the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa and will be offering a daily complimentary shuttle to the Atlantis once in the morning and evening for those who prefer not to walk. Pre-registration for our optional events also closes on Tuesday, September 8. This includes the first-ever Industry Golf Tournament ($145 per person) to be held September 29, the day before the event; the Biggest Little Pub Crawl ($26 per person) on September 30; and A Night with the Classics at the National Automobile Museum ($35 per person), held on October 1. A separate registration is required for each of these events, and you must be a registered Auto Glass Week attendee in order to participate.
