The Boyd Group, parent company to Gerber Collision & Glass, Glass America and others, has acquired two collision repair centers in Dayton, Ohio. Both locations previously operated as Wayside Collision Centers.
“These well-established locations will increase our presence in Ohio, introduce the Gerber brand to new customers and better serve our insurance partners in the region,” says Tim O’Day, president and chief operating officer of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations.
“We are also proud to acquire these locations which have served Dayton since 1967,” Mr. O’Day adds. “We are honored to carry on that legacy while providing the high quality service we are known for at all of our Gerber repair centers.”
