TechnaGlass Teams Up with Satmetrix to Improve Customer Service

Salt Lake City, Utah-based TechnaGlass has partnered with Satmetrix, the co-creator of the Net Promoter methodology. The regional AGRR company will deploy Satmetrix’s methodology and software to further improve its customer service.
