The Boyd Group Inc., parent company to Gerber Collision & Glass and Glass America, has acquired a collision repair center in Portland, Ore.
The center previously operated as Blue Ribbon Autobody and will now operate under the Gerber Collision & Glass name.
“In October 2015, we acquired our first location in Oregon, and with this center, we now have seven. All are strategically located to serve the Portland area,” says Tim O’Day, president and chief operating officer of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations.
“Building this regional presence increases our capacity so we can both better assist our insurance partners and reach out to new customers,” he adds.
