Automotive Glazing Companies Awarded DOT Numbers

The Department of Transportation recently awarded DOT numbers to two automotive glazing companies, one Chinese and one American.

Xuchang Annaio Automotive Glass Co., Ltd. (ANNAIO), a Chinese automotive glass manufacturer headquartered in Xuchang, Henan Province, China, received DOT Number 1078. ANNAIO was established in 2015 and currently houses 51 to 100 employees. The company has production lines of tempered, laminated and insulating glass. It produces eight types of glass: plane tempered, bent tempered, laminated, insulating, fire-proof, ballistic and printing glass, according to the company’s website.

Curbell Plastics Inc. – Pittsburgh, located in Cranberry Township, Pa., was awarded DOT number 1079 for its glazing equipment. The company, which is a branch of its headquarters in Orchard Park N.Y., supplies plastic sheets, rods, tubes, films, tapes, adhesives, sealants and prototyping materials to several surrounding states. Its products provide solutions to the automotive and aerospace sectors.
