Time is running out to sign up to compete to become the “World’s Greatest” in this year’s technician competitions and Customer Service Representative (CSR) Competition at Auto Glass Week™ in San Antonio, Texas, on September 27-29. Competition registration closes in one week on August 15.
The Pilkington Clear Advantage Auto Glass Technician Competition (AGTO) and the GlasWeld Windshield Repair Competition in Honor of Walt Gorman (WRO) offer competitors from all over the world the opportunity to face-off for the title of “World’s Best Auto Glass Technician” and “World’s Best Windshield Repair Technician.”
This will be the second year of the CSR Competition. Sign up to vie for the title of “World’s Best Auto Glass CSR.” The registrants will compete in a mystery shopper experience soon after the competition registration closes. Companies and their competitors will be given a window between August 16th and August 31st during which the call will be made. A team of judges will grade each call.
Based on the grades, one finalist from each region will be invited to compete in the finals round to be held on Saturday, September 29, at Auto Glass Week™ 2018. All finalists will receive two (2) room nights at the host hotel as well as a free full registration to Auto Glass Week.
Be sure to register within the next week, as there is absolutely NO onsite registration to compete.
Once you are registered as a competitor, a refund cannot be processed should a manufacturer wish to sponsor you. So be sure to organize any sponsorships prior to registering.
