“I always had a passion for vehicles and enjoyed the automotive industry and the people in it, so it was a natural next step for me to enter the industry,” Randev says. “It’s more than a 9-to-5 job, in the sense that you’re always doing something new and, to be honest, it keeps me around cars which have always been my first love.”

Serving downtown Calgary, Inglewood and Mount Royal University neighborhoods, the shop prides itself on offering optimal customer experience and quick turnaround times.

“Collision repair is an industry based around people,” Randev says. “We understand that a collision is a traumatic experience for our customers, and therefore we make sure that they are first comforted before we assess the damage. In addition, customers are reassured that our team of technicians can diagnose and restore vehicles to their original condition.”

Spanning 10,800 square feet, the shop was recently upgraded to accommodate modern repair equipment and processes. Randev recently added a 3D measuring system and frame pull system to the operation, as well as a resistance welder for weld-on panel replacement. He and his team are also working towards achieving industry certifications in collision repair and I-CAR Gold certification.

“Like many of our franchisees around the world, Gurveer and his team demonstrate a clear commitment towards delivering a personalized customer experience and sophisticated repair quality,” says Chris Peterson, regional vice-president – Western Canada, Fix Network. “Our teams are working closely with them to ensure that they benefit from our marketing support, training and management tools they need for take their game to the next level.”
