A man who went on a window-smashing spree in Nelson caused “absolute carnage” for innocent vehicle owners, a judge said. Hlaing Nyein Aung, 18, appeared before the Nelson District Court on Tuesday, where he pleaded guilty to multiple charges on intentional damage on several occasions during September.
