“The world’s vehicle manufacturers are amongst some of the biggest companies in the world. After all, we rely on our cars a lot, from getting us to work, taking us on holiday or even just driving to do the weekly shop,” says Uswitch car insurance expert Florence Codjoe of the research findings.
When it comes to most vehicles sold, Uswitch’s research determined that Toyota sold the most in 2020 with 8.7 million at 724,347 vehicles per month. Volkswagen sold 5.3 million in 2020.
