“The 2022 USA Conference, Full Speed Ahead, was a powerful opportunity for all our franchisees to take a deep dive into the issues that affect our industry with the objective of identifying actionable solutions to achieve full-speed performance, succeed in a competitive market while growing stronger together as a unified network,” says Steve Leal, president and CEO of Fix Network World. “Full Speed Ahead is about more than just moving forward quickly; it is about doing so together. A unified network is a powerful tool for cultivating a culture of high performance within your own business.”

Craig Gostnell of NOVUS Glass Grants Pass and Coos Bay in Oregon received the NOVUS Glass Top Franchise Sales Growth award, while Gary Neves of NOVUS Glass Concord and Davis in California was the recipient of the Top Franchise Sales Location award.

Franchisee of the Year was awarded to Eddie Unruh of NOVUS Glass Wrens in Georgia. Troy Eberhardt of NOVUS Glass Cheyenne in Wyoming was inducted into the NOVUS Glass Hall of Fame.

The conference also saw new additions to the President’s Circle, which recognizes the top franchise growth performers from throughout the franchise network. Gostnell and Unruh entered the President’s Circle, as did a number of other franchises and their operators:
