Nicole Rubio received the 2022 Award for Extraordinary Service at Key Media & Research (KMR), the parent company of AGRR magazine and the glassBYTEs newsletter.
Rubio had been with KMR for three years and received the award on December 9, 2022, during the company’s annual holiday party.
As KMR’s marketing coordinator, Rubio is essential to the social media efforts for Glass Expos, Auto Glass Week™ and the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™. She produces media assets for the event websites as well as complete marketing kits for exhibitors and sponsors. In addition, she travels for trade shows, represents a variety of brands and assists with subscriptions and marketing efforts.
“Nicole is an extremely deserving recipient of the Holly X. Biller Award for Excellence—the KMR equivalent of the ‘Employee of the Year’ award,” says Debra Levy, KMR president and publisher of AGRR magazine. “She has worked tirelessly to expand the company’s reach and impact in many ways and continually strives to advance the success of our customers through the use of new tools and technology.”
“It has been a pleasure supervising Nicole these past three years. She brings innovative ideas, inspiring energy, and positivity to our meetings and the company as a whole,” says Biller. “People often pull me aside to compliment how hard she works and what an immense help she is on their projects. I am delighted she is this year’s recipient.”
