NH House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee Kills Calibration Bill

HB 304, sponsored by Rep. Tim McGough (R), received a designation of “Inexpedient to Legislate” from the New Hampshire House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee on March 8, 2023. The measure would have required auto glass repair and replacement facilities to tell customers calibrations are necessary for their vehicles prior to work being done.
