Illinois State Senator Knocks Out Windshield to Rescue Overturned Trucker

When a semi-truck overturned in Chicago last week, Illinois state Sen. Willie Preston was on hand to rescue the driver from the wrecked vehicle by using a tool to break out the truck’s windshield.
