Auto Windscreens has announced it received the ‘Training Provider/Programme of the Year’ category at the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Apprenticeship Awards on October 5th.
The awards recognize employers, team members and apprentices excelling across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Auto Windscreens’ entry focused on its commitment to its Aspire Learning Experience (ALEX) scheme, and how the company has supported nearly 200 apprentices since 2016.
“Apprentices are very important to our business – we’ve recruited 47 in our network of service centres and contact centre this year alone,” said Claire Church, Auto Windscreens’ director of service delivery. “They’re helping to safeguard the future of our growing company, and we’re proud to do whatever we can to support and develop them through their career with us”.
