Tri City Glass & Door, a Northeast Wisconsin residential, commercial and auto glass repair and installation company, announced Ryan Hartman as its president on October 2, 2023.

“Since joining the company as director of finance, Ryan has made significant process improvements that have spurred transparent communication, sales and earnings growth,” says Tom Danz, board of directors chair. “He is absolutely committed to customer service and leading Tri City Glass & Door into its next phase of growth and innovation.”

Hartman succeeds Larry Bender, who has served as the company’s president since 2011. Bender is a member of Tri City Glass & Door’s founding family. With his retirement, the company will transition to 100% employee ownership.

“I am honored to build on the legacy that the Bender family built,” Hartman says. “I am excited to continue living the Tri City Glass & Door values, and leading us to be the choice for glass, entrances and accessories because we’re all about our customers.”

Tri City Glass & Door will also complete its transition to become a 100% employee-owned company in 2024. This transition, company officials say, demonstrates the company’s dedication to its employees and a shared vision for propelling the business into new markets.

“The Bender family wanted a way to continue the family legacy while sustaining the business and jobs of the employees who we treat like family. We are excited to fully transition ownership over to our employees,” Hartman said.
