Jerry and Jeff Stimac recently became the new owners of Arrow Auto Glass & Door after serving as long-time employees of the Virginia, Minnesota, business.
Jerry started working at the company 17 years ago, and Jeff began six years ago. The pair bought into the company in 2019, but on January 22, they completely bought out majority owner Clayton Zeidler, whose grandfather founded the company in 1949.
The brothers have big plans for the newly named Arrow Auto Glass & Door (formerly known as Arrow Auto Glass & Supply), including a new logo and business name.
The company offers windshield, glass, automotive paint, supplies, and door business.
“We are holding our expansion plans close to our chest at this time due to territory contracts we need to get into place first,” Jeff says. “But we are expanding.”
They hope to provide a better experience for customers, says Jerry. “We’re upgrading our customer experience, including our waiting area when it comes to comfort, refreshments, etcetera, for the customers that often choose to wait for their vehicles,” he says.
Arrow Auto also recently implemented a new vehicle camera calibration system, the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).
“Windshield cameras need to be calibrated once windshields are changed,” says Jerry. “We can now offer that sense of security—that it’s been done right at Arrow Auto.”
