Auto Glass Now Locations Revamped Thanks to Rebranding Campaign

Over the past year, Auto Glass Now has worked on a rebranding campaign designed to engage customers’ trust and earn their business. This campaign includes revamping the locations Auto Glass Now has acquired to match its brand.

These locations have up-to-date tools and equipment as well as new customer service lobbies designed to have a welcoming atmosphere, officials said. Additionally, Auto Glass Now attests that the technicians at each of its locations are highly trained experts in auto glass repair, replacement and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration thanks to its new Certified Glass Tech Training program.

Auto Glass Now remodeled the companies formerly known as Perfection Auto Glass, American Mobile Glass and K&K Auto Glass as part of phase two of its rebranding campaign.

“The rebranding campaign for Auto Glass Now is designed to connect customers to our brand for trusted glass services,” said Nick Ouimet, president of Auto Glass Now. “From the moment they have an issue and search for a glass repair partner to when they enter one of our locations, we want them to feel the great customer experience of Auto Glass Now.”

Ouimet said that, in addition to a warm customer service environment, the goal behind rebranding Auto Glass Now locations includes providing consistent, excellent service.

“Everything we do is focused on providing the highest-quality repairs that get [customers] back on the road in an expertly repaired vehicle, all backed by the confidence that comes with a national warranty and trusted, branded repair locations wherever they go,” he said.

Auto Glass Now has been in business for over 30 years and was acquired by Driven Brands in 2022.
