New Global VP Announced for Fix Network, Parent Company of NOVUS Glass

Nick Spiers is Fix Network’s new global vice president of strategic operations.

On March 7, Quebec-based Fix Network announced the appointment of Nick Spiers as its new global vice president of strategic operations. The appointment officially took effect March 1.

Fix Network is an automotive aftermarket services company with over 2,000 service locations globally. Two of its brands include NOVUS Glass and Speedy Glass USA.

Spiers’ role is a newly created position where he’ll manage the strategy and execution of global initiatives for Fix Network and its brands.

“Nick has worked successfully with key stakeholders and partners around the world to ensure a consistent market expansion while ensuring global alignment across the Fix Network brands,” Steve Leal, president and CEO of Fix Network said.

Spiers joined the company in 2016 as the manager of international operations where he helped expand the company into Australia, Germany and Mexico. In 2019, he became director of strategic initiatives and worked on business development and strategy in the Middle East and beyond.

Spiers is based out of the United Kingdom and has had 27 years of experience in the automotive industry.
