PGW Auto Glass Acquires AutoglassCRM

PGW Auto Glass LLC has acquired the assets of AutoglassCRM and launched a business tool for auto glass installers called “Everything Autoglass.”

Based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, PGW Auto Glass distributes automotive replacement glass, specialty parts, shop accessories and digital services such as exact match VIN decoding. The company has over 130 locations in the U.S. and Canada.

“This acquisition supports our strategic mission to provide our customers with the best technologies to compete in this increasingly complex industry,” said Todd Fencak, CEO of PGW Auto Glass.

AutoglassCRM provided VIN decoding services plus software designed to help auto glass replacement installers with business needs. Everything Autoglass now offers this set of tools.

“Everything Autoglass was created to provide installers with a low-cost, advanced technology that encompasses all aspects of shop management,” Fencak said.

Jon Clayton, principle equity holder of AutoglassCRM, said he found the options for business-aid tools “severely lacking” when he was an auto glass installer.

“I am excited to be part of the PGW team and the resources it brings to build and launch Everything Autoglass,” said Clayton
