New York State of Mind: PGW Expands with Latest Acquisition

PGW Auto Glass has acquired auto glass distributor Interstate Glass of Amityville, New York.

The acquisition gives PGW new locations in Queens and Long Island, New York.

“We are excited to integrate their operations and expertise with our extensive network of 130 North American distribution centers and to bring them into our innovative technology platform, ‘Everything Autoglass,’” said PGW’s CEO Todd Fencak. “This acquisition will enhance our customer service and expand the reach of our best-in-class business software solutions to help our customers thrive in today’s complex marketplace.”

According to a company statement, PGW is extending “a warm welcome to all employees, customers, and partners” of Interstate Glass of Amityville. Angelo Marino, the former owner of the company, says he feels like his old company is in good hands.

“I am thrilled to pass the torch to PGW, knowing they will continue to provide exceptional service and support to our customers,” he says. “The Interstate team is excited to join the ‘Everything Autoglass’ family.”
