Cary Group, which operates National Windscreens in the United Kingdom, has acquired Autoscreens Direct Limited.
Officials say Autoscreens was founded in 1996 and serves the U.K. communities Watford, Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Milton Keynes and Slough. Founder John Considine will now be Autoscreens’ general manager and report to U.K. managing director Stuart Boon.
“This strategic acquisition is part of Cary UK’s ongoing growth plan, strengthening our presence in a high-demand region and expanding our capacity to serve customers,” says Anders Jensen, CEO of Cary Group.
Cary Group added Autoscreens to its portfolio of companies in the United Kingdom.
