Caliber to Go Public

Caliber Holdings intends to offer stock publicly, officials say. The company operates Caliber Auto Glass and Caliber Collision.

Caliber Holdings announced July 25 that it confidentially submitted a draft registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) explaining its plan for the initial public offering of its common stock.

Though officials say the company hasn’t yet decided the number of shares to offer or how it will price them, Caliber intends to use the offering’s proceeds for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.
