LYNX Services has one objection to Safelite/Safelite Solutions and State Farm’s requested redactions in the ongoing lawsuit over alleged trade secret misappropriation, according to recent court documents.
LYNX filed an updated redaction motion on September 26 with the U.S. District Court of Central Illinois, Peoria Division. It also filed responses to State Farm and Safelite’s updated redaction motions.
According to LYNX’s filing, the company had no objections to Safelite’s request to redact LYNX information included in Safelite’s motion to dismiss. LYNX did emphasize, however, that it is requesting that this information be sealed because it contends it is a trade secret.
LYNX had one objection to State Farm’s motion. The company no longer wants to redact one specific piece of information that it and State Farm had originally agreed to redact. The information in question is part of LYNX’s original complaint, which has not yet been unsealed.
