Impex Auto Glass is hiring immediately for a high-volume, well-established service area covering New Hanover County & Brunswick County, North Carolina. We are seeking a production-ready auto glass technician who can step in and perform from day one.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Windshield repair & replacement
- Side, back, and rear glass replacement
- Mobile auto glass service at customer locations
- ADAS calibration – experience preferred, will train
- Running jobs independently with speed, quality, and professionalism
- 99% of work is fleet accounts (delivery vans, service vehicles, work trucks)
🚚 Work Details
- Primarily fleet work — steady, repeat customers
- Vehicles are mostly 2024 models and newer
- Minimal retail / insurance headaches
- Consistent volume, predictable scheduling
✅ Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on auto glass experience
- Must be fully independent and production-ready
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong workmanship, attention to detail, and reliability
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
