Stuff happens. That’s why Auto Glass Week™ (AGW) has added a new service designed to protect attendees if they need to cancel their registration.
The Rainprotection Program provides registrants with the opportunity to receive a 100% refund of their registration fees if they are unable to attend the event for any reason covered under Rainprotection’s Terms and Conditions. Coverage begins on the day of registration and remains in effect through the start of the event, ensuring protection when it matters most.
Participation in the Rainprotection Program is voluntary and must be selected during the registration process. There is a small fee for this additional service. Attendees who opt in can do so with confidence, knowing their investment is safeguarded against unforeseen circumstances.
“We are pleased to be able to offer this new service,” said Tricia Lopez, senior events director, “it’s designed to have a level of security for registration. If any attendees have to cancel for covered reasons, they will receive a full refund.”
Please note that Rainprotection administers all refunds for this program. Auto Glass Week™ does not process or issue the refunds under this coverage.
