Auto Glass Week™ (AGW) 2026 is almost here. As you prepare for three action-packed days in San Antonio, here is everything you need to know about registration and check-in.
Already Registered? Check In at the Registration Counter
Bring your I.D. and have your registration email accessible on your phone. Upon arrival, head to the AGW Pre-Registered Counter in the Foyer of Hall 1 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center during registration hours.
Important: Use the Main Entrance off of Market Street rather than the Lila Cockrell Theatre entrance.
Your badge is valid for all three days of the show. Full and Deluxe registrations also include access to the Keynote Speaker and educational seminars. If you decide to upgrade from a Partial to a Full registration on site, the registration team can assist you for a $400 upgrade fee.
Competitors: Competitor badges will be distributed at your assigned competitor meetings on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
Not Registered Yet?
AGW offers Deluxe, Full, Partial and Child Registration options. Each registration provides access for all three days of the show. There is no registration charge for children who only attend on Aug. 29 for Family Day.
Remember: Pre-registering online allows you to save time when checking in at the show.

Wednesday, Aug. 26: 1–6 p.m.
Thursday, Aug. 27: 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 28: 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 29: 7 a.m.–2 p.m.
