Regional Provider Sells to Safelite

An auto glass repair and replacement provider serving several Northwestern states has been acquired by Safelite AutoGlass.

Sources say that the deal closed Friday, Aug. 14, and that Cascade Auto Glass announced the sale to its employees on Tuesday, Aug. 18. The company is based in Vancouver, Washington, and has 23 locations across Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

Cascade Auto Glass has been an AGRR Magazine Top Retailer for multiple years, including in 2026. It appeared in the $5-10 million category.

As of press time, Cascade Auto Glass and Safelite have not yet responded to glassBYTEs’ request for comment.
