The Going Rate: AGRR Readers Asked to "Rate the Insurers"

Following in the footsteps of last year's "Rate the Networks" survey, AGRR magazine is in the midst of polling 2000 of its independent shop readers for feedback for the groundbreaking "Rate the Insurers" survey.

Results are already coming in, with respondents rating various insurers for overall ease of working with the individual insurers as well as the ease of working with each insurer's third party administrator (TPA). Other aspects into which the survey hopes to delve include the ease of getting approval from an insurance company for the completion of a job, agents' knowledge of the industry and ease of resolving problems with the insurance company.

Shop owners were invited to participate in the survey last week; the results of the survey will be published in the September/October 2006 issue of AGRR magazine.
