AGRR Magazine Extends "Rate-the-Networks Survey" Deadline

As announced previously via glassbytes™, AGRR magazine is conducting an extensive survey project rating the services of auto glass networks and third party providers. The deadline for returning the survey has been extended until March 31, 2005, to allow some shops, which may have had their copies delayed in the mail, to still respond.

The "Rate the Networks" Survey went out to more than 10,000 auto glass retailing companies, asking them to rate the insurance companies and TPA's according to more than 20 criteria, including how easy they are to work with, how knowledgeable their CSRs are, how quickly they pay and how easy it is to resolve an issue with them.

Results have already started pouring in and are being tallied daily by members of the AGRR staff. Results will be included in the May/June issue of AGRR and those responding to the survey can respond anonymously or may provide their name and address if they wish to receive the results.
