Automotive Industry Action Group Appoints Susan L. Hagood Controller

Susan L. Hagood has been named controller for the Southfield, Mich.-based Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG.

Hagood will be responsible for all of the association's financial affairs, including accounting, treasury management, investments and taxes and will report to AIAG executive director Andrew J. Cummins.

"Susan's strong financial background and accounting experience-both inside and outside of AIAG-will make a substantial contribution to the integration of AIAG's financial goals with our organization's overall strategic objectives," said Cummins.

Hagood joined AIAG in 1999 as finance-and-accounting manager. Prior to AIAG, she was vice president of finance and administration for the American Society of Employers (ASE). She also has more than seven years of experience in public accounting with various local CPA firms.
