The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has announced that its members
- through an agreement with ALLDATA - are now eligible to receive even
greater price reductions on ALLDATA's electronic diagnostic and repair
information for professional service providers. ASA members qualify
for discounts on initialization fees as well as reduced costs on monthly
subscription fees. "We've enhanced our agreement with ALLDATA so ASA national members
may enjoy even greater savings on their ALLDATA subscriptions,"
said John Scully, ASA's executive vice president. "Offering an
online or DVD platform, ALLDATA brings OEM diagnostic and troubleshooting
information directly to independent repair facilities. No matter which
vehicles you specialize in, you have immediate access to comprehensive
OE information." ALLDATA's mission is to provide high-quality information and solutions
to complement the expertise of automotive service professionals, helping
them maximize profitability, efficiency and long-term relationships
with their customers. Direct OE agreements ensure the quality of the
ALLDATA system, which includes maintenance schedules, recall notices
and technical service bulletins, among other features. The ALLDATA subscription
also includes ServiceCenterSM shop management software, integrated parts
catalog and electronic parts ordering programs, and new customer acquisition
and retention tools. To begin taking advantage of the discounted program pricing, ASA members
should contact ALLDATA at (800) 697-2533 or the ASA membership department
at (800) 272-7467, ext. 295. ASA members currently using the ALLDATA
system should contact ALLDATA account services at (800) 859-3282 to
inquire about ASA pricing. |
