Arizona Glass Shops Asked to Band Together, Support Senate Transportation Striker to Right to Choose Bill

An observant glassBYTES reader from Arizona e-mailed the news source today with the text of a letter that he and other auto glass shops are sending to others in the state to use to rally support for Senate Transportation Striker to House Bill 2063.

The striker is in reference to a House engrossed bill that amends standing laws governing consumer's right to choose the auto repair facilities. The proposed changes range from simple clarifications (such as referring to the end-user as an Insured or Claimant, rather than a person) to larger and more hard-hitting requests, such as verbiage that would indicate what an insurance agent can and cannot say or do if an Insured has a preference for which company he or she wants to have repair his or her vehicle.
