Auto Glass Center Purchases Express! Auto Glas

Auto Glass Center, Inc., a subsidiary of privately held Iowa Glass Depot, Inc., has announced the purchase of the assets of Express! Auto Glass, Inc. of Muscatine, Iowa, which Donovan Trana owned previously.

The transaction was completed on Thursday, March 9, 2006. With the addition of the Muscatine location, the combined retail divisions of the Iowa Glass Family of companies has grown to more than 85 locations in the United States. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
