Northstar Automotive Glass has announced that Bob Avers has joined the company as director of business development.

"We are excited to have Bob on our team," said Garry W. Dunnegan, president of Northstar. "We are confident that Bob will make a big contribution to helping us expand Northstar's market presence across the United States."

Prior to joining Northstar, Avers was senior vice president of U.S. wholesale sales and marketing for Autostock Distribution. His experience includes executive positions with Safelite Auto Glass.

Avers resides in Wichita with his wife of 35 years, Pam, his two children and three grandchildren.
