Private Equity Firm Invests More Than $360 Million in Belron It was recently announced that the Private Equity Firm RBS Greenwich Capital has committed to investing more than $360 million dollars in Belron SA. The deal, financed by 17 investors, includes three separate investments with an initial placement of $200 million over seven years. The initial placement will then be followed by another in the amount of $125 million over ten years, with the final placement of $38.6 million coming over ten years as well. According to RBS Greenwich Capital, Belron plans to use part of the investment to term-out portions of debt taken on by its recent acquisition of Safelite.
