Caliber Acquires Hi-Tech Collision and Glass

Lewsiville, Texas-based Caliber Collision Centers announced today that it has acquired ten new locations through its purchase of Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers in California. The various locations service the greater Los Angeles and Orange County markets.

Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision chief executive officer says, “Our acquisition of Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers increases our market coverage and further improves customer convenience in California. After spending time with Hi-Tech’s management team, it quickly became apparent that Hi-Tech Collision and Glass provides Caliber Collision with a high quality and operationally sound company focused on customer service.”

Mark Sanders, Caliber’s chief operating officer says the acquisition brings Caliber’s total number of southwest locations to 122.
