Chubb Launches Online Auto Repair Network, Includes Glass

The Chubb Group of Insurance Cos. expanded its online tool to put insurance customers in touch with Chubb's network of preferred, independent auto body and glass repair shops. The company launched an online tool, the Masterpiece Auto Preference Services, earlier this year with the input garnered from its agents and brokers.

Chubb's newly created repair network is part of the Masterpiece Auto Preference Services program, which provides insureds with referrals, upon request, to quality auto repair shops, as well as priority auto glass replacement services and door-to-door rental car services. The tool provides directions from a customer's address to the chosen shop.
