Chuck Lloyd Joins IGA as Co-Counsel

Independent Glass Association (IGA) executive director Marc Anderson has announced that attorney Chuck Lloyd with Livgard and Rabuse has become co-counsel for the IGA.

Lloyd, a general litigation attorney, has been involved with the auto glass industry for more than 10 years, giving presentations at auto glass industry conferences many times over and representing auto glass companies in cases involving insurance reimbursement and pricing issues, steering, deceptive trade practices, defamation, disparagement and other unlawful interference with business relationships.

He joins current counsel Tom Goodman. Both men will be making presentations at the IGA's Independents' Days Conference next week in Las Vegas. Goodman and Anderson will be speaking about the developments in anti-steering lawsuits. Lloyd will deliver the keynote speech on Thursday, March 2, speaking on the topic of short pays, receivable collections and understanding the laws that affect the industry.
