Contestant Close-Ups: Jorge De La Vega and Kent Gines, Glass Doctor
glassBYTEs.com™ and AGRR magazine are marking the days
until the Third Annual Auto Glass Technician Olympics and the Second
Annual Walt Gorman Memorial Windshield Repair Olympics by introducing
this year's competitor field with contestant profiles.
Jorge De La Vega, lead auto glass technician for Glass Doctor in
Clovis, N.M., and Kent Gines, chief technician for Glass Doctor
in St. George, Utah, will both travel to Las Vegas to compete in
this year's Third Annual Auto Glass Technician Olympics.
De La Vega, 28, has 11 years experience in the industry. He has
three children, Brianna, Jorge Jr. and Daniel.

Gines |
Gines, 34, has 17 years experience in the industry. Gines has two
children, Cassey Gines Duffy and Kolbey Gines. In his spare time,
he enjoys working on cars, etching glass and playing sports.
