The Countdown Begins: AGRSS Third-Party Validation is On the Way

In anticipation of the 2009 start date for third-party validation for registered shops, the AGRSS Council Inc. is notifying shops by mail this week that the countdown toward validation has begun. AGRSS-registered shops are receiving a stopwatch and a flyer entitled "The Countdown Begins" in their mailboxes this week.

The program, set to begin on January 1, 2009, will require all AGRSS-registered companies to show their compliance with the AGRSS Standard through independent, third-party verification, according to the flyer.
