Diamond Glass Companies Announces Personnel Changes

Diamond Glass Companies Inc. has announced the following personnel changes within the organization, effective December 11, 2006:

• Ken Levine has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.
• Bill Cogswell has returned to the company and assumed the role of President.
• Rich Wooditch has been promoted to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
• Marty Walsh has been promoted to the Senior Vice President of Information Technology.
• Rich Bunchalk has been promoted to the Senior Vice President of Business Development.
• Kim Boyle has been promoted to the Vice President of Best Practices.
• Alicia Deeds has been promoted to the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management.
