Diamond Granted Extension to File Financial Statements and Schedules

The court granted Diamond Glass' motion for an order extending its time to file its financial statements and schedules today. Diamond requested an extension until June 2.

"Such an extension would give the Debtors a total of 76 days from the Petition Date to file their Schedules and Statements," reads the motion.

Diamond notes in the motion that the extension is needed "due to the number of [its] creditors, the size and complexity of the Debtors' business, and the limited staffing available to gather, process and complete the Schedules and Statements during the first few weeks after the Petition Date."
