Duncan Systems Sold to HKW Inc.

glassBYTES.com™ has confirmed the sale of Duncan Systems, a manufacturer of replacement windshields and specialty glass for the RV and truck industry, to Hammond Kennedy Whitney (HKW) Inc., a private capital firm.

The sale, which took place on November 1, 2006, according to the HKW website, makes Duncan Systems one of HKW's 12 portfolio companies, which is a diverse group of companies, including CENTRASEP Technologies, a fluid filtration manufacturer, and Coeur, Inc., a manufacturer of injection syringes for use in medical practices.
