Equalizer Acquires 17 Acres To Construct New Facility

Equalizer Industries, headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, has announced the acquisition of 17 acres in Leander, Texas, a nearby suburb of Austin. The announcement was made via the company's online newsletter, and states that Equalizer will be breaking ground on the first phase of its new headquarters and product distribution center in November 2006.

The new facility is expected to feature a new product research department, streamlined production processes and the newest in packaging and shipping technology.

"The auto glass industry has been good to us," says Ray Asbery, president of Equalizer, "And because of dramatically increased popularity of Equalizer products over the past few years, we realized the need to considerably expand our operation. We are always striving to improve the Equalizer customer experience and will continue to make it an enjoyable one."
