Ernie Espinoza of Izon Auto Glass in Scottsdale, Ariz., will travel to Las Vegas this November to compete in the Third Annual Auto Glass Technician Olympics. Espinoza has seven years' experience as an installer and is a first-time competitor. He is married to Jacqueline Espinoza and has two children, Daniel, 13, and Siera, 10.
