"Fuel Surcharge Question Has Not Come Up," Says State Farm Spokesperson

When asked how State Farm handles fuel surcharges imposed by glass shops and the like, State Farm spokesperson Jeff McCollum says the issue "has not come up with [the company's] vendors."

But, that's not to say it might not eventually become an issue.

"From our standpoint, we have agreements with many vendors and those are reviewed on a regular basis, so I think it's safe to say that a vendor needing to make adjustments in their operating costs has that opportunity to seek changes," he adds.
