Haeck to Focus on Internet Marketing at GEMS

Many expect Internet marketing to replace the yellow pages as the leading source of consumer choice for glass shops in the next few years, and an upcoming session at Glass Expo Midwest™ 2007 (GEMS) will teach you how to get your fair share of business from the net.

Mark Haeck of Mainstreet Computers Inc. will travel to Grand Rapids, Mich., in early October to give attendees a lesson in marketing their businesses via the Internet during the Midwest conference. Haeck will cover a number of important areas related to this topic, such as: How do you get people to visit your shop's website? How do you increase your web presence? How do you encourage customers to choose your shop based on the content of your website?

Glass Expo Midwest will be held October 9-10 in Grand Rapids, Mich., at Amway Grand Plaza Hotel & DeVos Place. The event is co-sponsored by the Michigan Glass Association, Detroit Glass Dealers Association, Ohio, Minnesota, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin Glass Associations, Illinois Glazing Association, the Association of Glazing Contractors and USGlass magazine.

Members of the co-sponsoring trade associations and USGNN readers may pre-register for free through September 21. (CLICK HERE to register.)

For others, to pre-register through September 21, it will cost $59 for a full registration, $49 for a daily registration and $10 for trade show only.

After September 21, it will cost $59 for a daily registration and $79 for full registration and $19 for trade show only for both members and non-members.
