Glass Doctor® Adds GLAXIS® Certified Dispatching
to Internal Software
Glass Doctor has announced that its total business management software, Z-Ware,
has GLAXIS technology for electronic work dispatches included in the latest
version.
As GLAXIS technology is integrated into Z-Ware software, Glass Doctor
franchise business owners will be able to receive electronic work assignments
from LYNX Services and other third-party administrators, and to reduce
their overall invoice (EDI) rejection percentage. In addition, franchisees
should experience an increase in overall productivity and efficiency.
"I'm excited that our franchisees will now have the ability to receive
electronic work dispatches through their internal business systems using
GLAXIS technology," Mark Dawson, president of Glass Doctor, said.
"This additional benefit will provide the time savings needed to
allow our franchisees to further build their businesses."
The addition of GLAXIS technology for work dispatches to Z-Ware software
rounds out the menu of options already provided by the system, and plans
are underway to integrate other GLAXIS functionality soon.
"GLAXIS technology helps to make systems such as Z-Ware software
more feature-rich and user-friendly, which helps franchisees to reduce
their focus on administration while increasing their productivity,"
said Betsy Evanoff, sales manager for GLAXIS.
Full integration of GLAXIS technology with Z-Ware software is expected
by Feb. 1, 2007.
